Pilot operated pressure reducing valve (relief valve) is used to load a piston or diaphragm by increasing the amount of opening form main valve. It is mainly composed of adjustment spring, pilot diaphragm, pressure sensing pipe, pilot valve, main valve and pushrod, main valve return spring and main diaphragm. It’s used to balance the downstream pressure by a pressure sensing pipe against a pressure adjustment control spring to keep valve back pressure within a certain range and keep the outlet pressure constant and stable.
PERFECT is a fully stocked manufacturer and supplier of the pressure reducing valve and steam traps. We provide a complete line of pilot operated steam pressure reducing valve for sale that is supplied to commercial industries, available pressure class including ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, ANSI 900, ANSI 1500 and ANSI 2500. We also offer various grades of materials for your different application choices and also accept the customized design. Please review the charts below for available sizes & pressure & material or fill the contact form below.

Features
  • Repair and replacement in-line;
  • Large in size and flow compared with direct acting pressure reducing valve;
  • Enhanced pilot valve springs are designed for high pressure control with ability to maintain full volume without appreciable reduced pressure drop;
  • Iron, stainless steel or cooper body is available with stainless steel strainer screen, disc and stem guide; Highly sensitive adjuster eliminates vibrating caused by critical flow requirements
