The parallel slide gate valve relies on the hydraulic cylinder liquid pressure to make the piston rod move up and down, leading to the spring connected with the valve stem to drive the valve disc. This straight displacement perpendicular to the fluid realizes the opening and closing of the valve. The shutoff disc should be pressurized at the upper end of the oil cylinder, the piston and the stem move from the top down, and the opening disc is opposite. The parallel sliding gate valve is mainly used in the main steam cut-off and isolation of thermal power units, main feed pump isolation, high-pressure heater isolation, steam turbine drainage system or used to control the effective cut-off or opening of high temperature& pressure steam water system.
We are a fully stocked manufacturer and supplier of parallel slide gate valve and we make the valve easy to find for your need. PERFECT provides a complete line of parallel slide gate valve for sale that is supplied to various industries. Available forms are flanged and bolted bonnet parallel slide gate valve. Our parallel slide gate valve is available from 150 up to 2500 pressure. We can also accept the OEM design, so whether you need special valves or have a large order to place, we can provide you with the customized service for you. Please review the charts below for available sizes & pressure & material or fill the contact form below.
- The channel is smooth and straight, with a small flow resistance coefficient and no pressure loss when fully open;
- The simple part design and material interchangeability has lower maintenance time and costs ;
- The bonnet design allows easy access to valve internals while minimizing radiation exposure;
- This exclusive disk and wedge design resist effects gross thermal transients, high and low differential pressures, and dual-phase fluids.
